Stump Grinder / Trencher Components

Body:

Is made of aerospace aluminum welded together with heli-arc processing for the strongest of welds.

Cutting Head:

Madefrom alloy steel, heat treated to give maximum strength and durability.  Teeth mount in precision pockets automatically setting teeth height.

Drive Pulley:

Also made from alloy steel ensuring trouble free maintenance for years.

Bearings:

Are double lip seal style for maximum protection and are sealed so no greasing is needed.

V-Belt:

Drive system gives quiet performance and long lasting service

Steel Leg:

Has bushings at all pivot areas so you can rebuild to new tolerances when worn.
Carbide Teeth:

  Have a alloy steel base using carbide with a nickel substrate binder providing the highest heat resistance available.

Engine:

Our state of-the-art machining process seamlessly integrates major 2-stroke motor manufacturers like Stihl, Husqvarna, and Solo to power our stump cutter with their EPA Approved 2-stroke motors for great performance.

Universal Aluminum Leg:

Has reinforcement gussets welded in all stress areas allowing it to be strong but be 14 lbs lighter than the Steel Leg.
